Bec Monk
FOUNDER AND SENIOR DIETITIAN, APD
Bec has been providing top quality dietetic services in the Goulburn Valley region for 15+ years, opening the Ripe Health business in 2013. With her wealth of expertise in a variety of ranges such as chronic disease, disordered eating, weight management and pediatric care, Bec has effectively guided our team from day one. Currently, her aim is to grow Ripe Health to its fullest potential, continuing to deliver genuine, efficient, and personable dietetic care and service to our community.

Chloe Martin
DIETITIAN, APD (SHEPPARTON CLINIC)
Chloe joined the Ripe Health team at the start of 2024 and uses client-centred care to help clients achieve their nutrition goals. Chloe has a special interest in mental health nutrition, using the HAES approach to weight management and supporting those with chronic disease to achieve positive nutrition health outcomes.

Kate Brooks
SENIOR DIETITIAN, APD (SHEPPARTON CLINIC)
Kate has over 15 years of experience working with adults across a range of settings. She specialises in nutrition support, surgical nutrition, oncology, complex disability, and NDIS-related care. Kate has a particular interest in enteral nutrition and has advanced training in gastrostomy (PEG) tube and stoma site management. Kate works collaboratively with clients to help improve their wellbeing.

Bex Cavanagh
TELEHEALTH DIETITIAN, APD (AVAILABLE ONLINE)
Bex is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in gut health, mental health, and hormones. Her approach blends evidence-based nutrition with real-world strategies that support your whole self, whether you’re navigating IBS, SIBO, hormonal shifts, or anxiety. Bex is available online only, getting in touch strictly after hours to work with your personalised schedule.
